Optional Programs

Our Optional Programs provide flexible scheduling tailored to each child’s needs and interests.

Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch provides children in both the Younger and Older Classes* extra time for outdoor play on our playground, followed by a midday family style meal with friends and teachers. Children learn about the social aspects of meal times as they dine with their peers and teachers model good eating habits, table manners and encourage dialogue. Lunch is a busy, happy time filled with conversation. Children may be enrolled for any combination of days of which they attend our morning program.

Lunch Bunch Hours

  • Lunch Bunch runs from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and is included in the Younger and Older Class on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

  • Optional Lunch Bunch is offered on Wednesday and Friday. 

  • Toddler Lunch Bunch begins each January.*

Younger Class

Included: Mon./ Tues./ Thurs.

Included: Mon./Tues./Thurs.

Optional: Wed.

Friday Explorers

Optional: Friday

*Toddlers are enrolled in Lunch Bunch on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning in January

Stay & Play

Stay & Play includes lunch and provides children in both the Younger and Older Classes with an extended school day filled with age-appropriate opportunities for play and learning and lots of hands-on teacher interaction. Under the supervision of their experienced teachers, the children enjoy our child-centered facilities in a relaxed smaller group. Whether it is reading an exciting story, building with blocks, painting or creating an inventive project, your child will enjoy extra time to play with friends and teachers while mastering the skills they learn at school.

Stay & Play Hours

Stay & Play runs from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Children may be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis for any combination of days. Enrollment for this program is conducted each spring.
