Clothing and Weather Reminders

Please ensure that your child has seasonally appropriate clothing in their cubby each day. If you notice that your child came home with a change of clothes, kindly replenish your child's cubby with new clothes on the next day they attend school.

 

We typically say at NSNS that there is no bad weather, just bad clothing. We ask your help in preparing your child for school each day by sending them in appropriate school clothing. Our Older Class and Younger Class will typically start their school days outdoors, so please layer your child according to the weather. Our Older Class has a supply of rain pants for each child, however, our Younger Class will also venture out in the rain from time to time, so on rainy days, please send your child in rain pants/rain boots.

 

For our Toddlers, you may leave rain boots/rain jackets in their cubbies on rainy days.

 

To ensure your child's comfort in all weather conditions, please provide a pair of indoor shoes. This way, if your child arrives wearing rain boots, they will have a comfortable pair of shoes to change into when needed. Thank you!
